New service installation issues:

If you are having problem with a new installation, please go through the steps below in the Service Interruptions section, then complete an online service request form.

Service Interruptions:

We take great care to minimize service interruptions. Yet, sometimes, for causes not in our control, we do encounter problems. Please go through the steps below, then complete an online service request form.

  1. Power supply issue: If the Power LED is off, please check power adapter and connection. If the power LED never turns on, please request for new equipment.
  2. Ethernet connection: If the Ethernet LED is off or blinking, you may have DSL/Cable Modem connection issue. Please make sure that your DSL/Cable modem is functioning properly. Check the Ethernet cable connections. Check basic Internet accessibility issues with your Internet service provider. If you are convinced that your Internet connection is working properly, but the Ethernet LED is still off or blinking, please complete our online support form.
  3. If both the Power LED and the Ethernet LED are on, but the Phone LED is off for longer than 30 minutes, please complete our online support form.
  4. For all other cases, please complete our online support form.

Billing and accounting issues:

Returns:
